Today, it was really cold outside so I went into the house again. MLIA

Today, I had a boxing day Christmas party with my entire family. We usually walk around the tree or have quizes. This year my mother's 40 year old cousin, her husband and their daughter performed an extremely energetic dance to "You can't stop the beat" from Hairspray. They then made the whole family learn it. MLIA

Today, I decorated my Christmas tree. I couldn't decide on whether to put funky deco or traditional red and gold. I now have a half 'n half tree that I can turn around according to my mood, and instead of a star there is a pirate hook. Best tree ever. MLIA

Yesterday, my boyfriend's brother blew his cold porridge before eating it. We still don't know why he did that, but it was an epic moment. MLIA

Sunday, my friend decided to get dreadlocks. We started 11.30 in the morning and ended up pulling an all nighter in some random hippie guys apartment to get it all done. Tops the random experiences list atm. MLIA

Saturday, I went christmas shopping all day long. When I was done I lay all the presents out on the floor and took a picture of it. I felt accomplished. MLIA

Friday, I bought a new toothbrush. The handle is shaped like the body of a cat, it has a protecting cap shaped like a cat head and it's all bright pink. I was so happy, I skipped all the way home from the store. MLIA

Thursday, while baking cookies I asked my american friend if they do pinky swear in the U S, to which she replied that not only do they do pinky swear, they also do pinky kiss and pinky blow. Obviously I had to ask how you do a pinky blow and we both started laughing at my perverted mind. While laughing my friend asked me if I could give her some milk. Since she had her hands full of dough I held the glass to her mouth but she was laughing to hard to be able to drink from it. When I therefore took the glass away she shouts "Ok, ok I promise I'll swallow!" That's what she said. MLIA

Tuesday, I had a meeting with my coordinator that doesn't like me. The meeting took a while so I was already late for work when we were done. I decided to walk to work which means I would be two hours late instead of one. Halfway there I run into my coordinator who took a taxi home. I have a feeling she hates me even more now. MLIA

Monday, I was taking a bus back from a weekendtrip when the bus broke down. They said they would fix it but they didn't, so I got off and took another bus. MLIA

Today, I was working on my home exam paper all day. Suddenly my mum knocked on the door and gave me 3 bags of pirate balloons and 5 bags of gold chocolate coins. I'm glad she knows what's important to get her 19 year old daughter through journalism school. MLIA

Today, I dressed up in traditional peruvian clothes. I still looked like a gringo. MLIA

Today, I got Snow White and the seven dwarves on 2 disc Disney DVD special edition with restored sound and picture. My life is complete. MLIA

Today, I went to a three year olds birthday party. He had five different cakes, a pinata, popcorn, jello, water fountain and a really hot dad. I'm jealous. MLIA

Today, at work, I spent 4 hours making bracelets, having a roaring competition and teaching the receptionist how to ask for where to find hot guys in english. Workday well spent. MLIA

Saturday, I went sandboarding which is pretty much snowboarding on sand. Today I'm facinated that I'm still finding sand hidden in unexpected places. MLIA
